The Piano Craft Guild loft building, 791 Tremont Street in Boston, is an interesting place, not only because of the rustic brick walls and hardwood plank floors, but because of the way it's run and managed. I tried to live there from 1999 to 2000 and was glad to get the hell out after dropping about $20K on rent for that year.

Big waste of money, and i thought I was gonna die. Seriously. Look, I'm not a whiner but this place was out of control

This site is posted so that other people will know to ask around and check on the condition of management and tenants and quality of life generally, BEFORE making the same mistake I did.
